Silk Spectre seems to be the only one I'm iffy about. I guess if she can play the role, the look doesn't matter too much. I always thought Mariska Hargitay would be perfect for the role. She's getting up there in age, but since Watchmen is a one movie deal, you don't have to worry about longevity of actors. Make-up can make her look the age that Silky was in the book. Besides, Silk was a bit depressed in the book, living in a military compound with Dr. Manhattan. A few wrinkles here and there could convey deprivation of---everything, I guess. Plus, she wasn't getting laid proper. Oh well, it's too late to change it now. Overall, I think it will be a good film.

I'm sure Alan Moore secretly watches all movies based on his writings....Ok, maybe not. I'd be pissed if I saw League of Extraordinary Gentelmen, I wouldn't be able to contain myself. I did enjoy it for what it was, but if I wrote the fucker and witnessed the besmirching of it, I'd throw a fit---probably would use black magic or whatever he's into. So I guess it's a good thing he keeps a safe distance.
